Continuing Education:
This training has been approved and accredited by the Indiana Supreme Court Office of Admissions & Continuing Education. By completing this course you will recieve 18.5 Continuing Mediation Education Hours (CMEs).
When: 10/23, 10/24 & 10/25, 2024. All dates are mandatory.
Times: Each day the training will be held from 9-5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Where: 600 East Carmel Dr., Carmel, IN 46032. *This is an in-person training.
Trainers: Marla Hylton MSW, LCSW, Mediator & Marsha Hackenberg JD, Mediator
Pre-requisite: Participants must have already completed a 40-Hour Domestic Relations Mediation Training.
Training Includes:
-An overview of the entire mediation process from beginning to end. This includes marketing, consultations, what topics need to be covered in a divorce mediation, fees and so much more!
-How to complete documentation. Example documents will be provided.-Learn to write a mediation contract with the opportunity to have it reviewed by Marla and Marsha.
-This is an interactive training where class discussion, questions and practicing is encouraged.
-A certificate of completion

Registration Deadline:
No refunds will be given after 9/23/2024. No exceptions. The deadlines for registration are strictly enforced due to overhead cost, materials and rental space.
